DANCE RITES

Launched 2015

Dancerites celebrates the continued cultural dance practices of Australia’s first peoples. I proudly worked alongside Rhoda Roberts, Arrow Collective and the team at Sydney Opera House to launch and establish this event. Dancerites is Australia’s national First Nations dance competition which aims to ensure important cultural knowledge, such as language, dance, skins markings and instruments passes from one generation to the next.
